McKinley D. Hudson is a lifelong public servant, business owner, and community leader dedicated to strengthening Clarendon County. A proud graduate of Manning High School (Class of 1973) and Benedict College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. McKinley has built a career grounded in science, integrity, and responsible leadership.

As the founder and 25-year owner of Genesis Environmental Services, INC., he has worked closely with local, state, and federal agencies managing infrastructure, environmental safety, and public compliance projects. His professional experience gives him a strong understanding of government procedures, budgeting, and accountability. Married for 47 years and deeply rooted in the community, McKinley is committed to serving Clarendon County Council Seat 2 with transparency, fiscal responsibility, and a vision for sustainable growth.
